Enhance the B&N College brand voice, message, and revitalize the campus store and online experience. Articulate an emotional layer of the brand that helps build a sense of pride and loyalty with both consumers and internal staff
Insight:
The college bookstore is the quintessential cornerstone of the college experience. Every milestone from move in day to graduation is met with a trip to “the bookstore”. The customer doesn’t see B&N as a bookstore, they see them as a curator of the college experience.
Solution:
We built an experience that understands all of the things a student encounters in their college experience. With our theme-pod store design and digital experience, we built a retail environment that doesn’t just provide great products, but supports the growing mindset of the college consumer.
